Scheduling is the process of defining a project

Competent Person’s report (CPR) is an independent technical and geological-focused report
of a mineral(s)/project. The CPR provides a responsible, unbiased and
independent opinion on the technical aspects of the project, with the ultimate
purpose of informing and protecting investors. A CPR includes details of the
geological work performed and results obtained, which form the basis for the
resource (and/or reserve) estimations contained within the report.
