The mining space in South Africa is mostly dominated by big five companies in the different minerals that are mined. In Some instances these big five companies appear more than once since they have a diversified portfolio of minerals they are mining and extracting at any given time. While in some cases these big five miners have opted to have a spin-off company to mine and extract other minerals. It is therefore very important for junior miners to be partake and succeed in the mining sector.
